“ASG” is recruiting for the position of Sales and Marketing. This person should have at least 3-5 years of sales related experience (industry related preferred, but not required), college degree in business related fields, be willing to travel if required (some overnight), attend industry related meetings, excellent computer, proposal writing and verbal skills. Applicants must also adhere to all other hiring requirements detailed here as well.

Patrol Officers:
Must have prior experience in a law enforcement related field. Full and part-time positions available. Must have Virginia D.C.J.S. armed registration and all requirements listed below. Apply in person or contact our office for details. Starting pay based on experience.

 

Protective Services Agents (PSAs):
Must have experience and/or background in security or law enforcement related fields. Full and part-time positions available. Must have Virginia D.C.J.S. armed registration.

Multiple Site Officers (MSOs):
Armed and unarmed positions are available. Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Security Agents (SAs) - Entry level I - Unarmed Security Officer. Many positions available.

Private Investigators - (currently part-time only):

Virginia - Must be Virginia-registered with experience.

Security Officers:

*Job requirements (for every position):
  All jobs require some physical exertion, therefore, candidates must be in good physical condition. This will include but not limited to; assisting with fire evacuations, climbing stairwells, walking and standing for long periods of time, physically detaining persons for unlawful activity, using radio and telephone communications, assisting with traffic and pedestrian control, some lifting up to 50 lbs and good verbal and written skills.
  You must have a valid VA drivers license, have a clean criminal and DMV record, have reliable transportation, have a home telephone, be in good physical condition (i.e., willing to stand or walk for long periods of time), be willing to take and pass a pre-employment drug screening, pass a thorough background investigation and provide us with references (both personal and past employers).
  You may be required to posses a valid D.C.J.S. certification or registration prior to employment. In addition, you must posses good communication and writing skills and have at least a G.E.D. or higher education. You must be able to show proof of U.S. Citizenship. All new hires as of January 1, 2003 are required to submit fingerprint cards to the V.S.P. and the F.B.I.
